Idem IDIS-1 compact safety interlock switches are specifically designed for position interlock detection for small moving guards, suitable for installation on the leading edge of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. These switches feature a rugged stainless steel actuator profile that aligns with a cam mechanism to ensure a positively operated, not easily defeatably interlock mechanism. The compact body has a 22mm fixing profile and a rotatable head, facilitating installation in restricted spaces. Additionally, a plastic flexible actuator is available for tight radius guards, and the contact blocks are replaceable, offering options for either slow or snap break operation.
