The stainless steel 316 Hygienmag range is designed for non-contact guard door interlocking in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petro-chemical industries, featuring materials and construction suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning. The product is made from stainless steel 316 and can withstand high-pressure hosing at elevated temperatures, achieving an IP69K rating. It has a wide 12mm sensing capability with high tolerance to misalignment and a mirror-polished finish to Ra4. The design allows for mounting on steel structures that adhere to EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design. The housing is engineered for environments subjected to rigorous cleaning to prevent contamination from foreign particles. The range includes various mounting styles catering to different food contact levels, with the switch mounting designed to comply with EHEDG hygienic guidelines and meet the requirements of both the direct contact and splash zones. The product also features universal 22mm fixing centers, making it suitable for food splash zones.
