Idem 116016 RPR magnetic non-contact switch features an 8-way design with 2NC 1NO configuration and an M12 size. The safety switches conform to EN60947-5-3 and are compliant with ISO12100, ISO14121, and EN60204-1 standards. They offer a wide sensing distance (>12mm) with high tolerance to misalignment, even in extreme environments. These switches have volt-free high power switching capability (1A or 2A AC/DC) and can be used independently for low-risk applications or connected to a safety relay for higher safety levels. They are suitable for interlocking hinged, sliding, or removable guard doors and are advantageous in scenarios with poor guard alignment, high hygiene requirements, or the need for high switching capacity. The switches come in various housing options (miniature, compact, wide, or barrel type) and offer dual channel safety output with a choice of plastic or stainless steel 316 housing for food industry compatibility. They have a wide switching distance of up to 12mm, high temperature stability up to 80C (plastic) or 105C (stainless steel), and resistance to various chemicals. The switches have IP67 or IP69K protection rating and are resistant to high-temperature hosing and detergent washdown. With conformance to EN60947-5-3 PDF-S standards, the switches offer volt-free contacts for up to 230VAC 2A and 24VDC 2A (internally fused) operation. The M30 threaded body makes them easy to mount for versatile applications.
