Idem's HLM and HLM-SS range of safety limit switches are designed for position sensing in moving applications such as guard doors, conveyors, machine beds, and elevators. The switches are available with various actuator options, including linear plungers, rotary levers, roller plungers, spring levers, and telescopic spring levers, offering either slow break or snap action contacts. The switches feature heavy-duty die-cast or stainless steel 316 bodies, ensuring durability and resilience in demanding environments. They comply with industry standards, including EN50041 for mounting and EN60947-5-1 for positive opening NC safety contacts. With a high mechanical life of over 5,000,000 cycles, the HLM model features a die-cast body, while the HLM-SS model is constructed from stainless steel 316, providing further options for specific application requirements.
