The Stainless Steel 316 Hygiecode range is specifically designed for non-contact guard door interlocking in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petro-chemical industries. Constructed from Stainless Steel 316, it is suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning processes and can withstand high pressure hosing at high temperatures, meeting the IP69K standard. The device features a wide 14mm sensing range, demonstrating a high tolerance to misalignment and a mirror polished finish of RA4. It can be mounted on steel structures and is engineered in compliance with EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design, ensuring cleanliness and safety in environments with high contamination risk from foreign particles. The housing design, surface finish, and overall styling are suitable for various cleaning levels as per EHEDG categorization. Direct contact zones adhere to hygienic guidelines while the splash zone design allows for ease of cleaning and accommodates CIP and SIP cleaning, also tested to IP69K standards. The device utilizes universal 22mm fixing centers and features an M30 thread suitable for some food contact zones, complemented by a circular body and actuator.
