Idem 450005HF KLTM guard locking switch-HF act, 110V, 1/2NPT, die cast. Idem guard locking switches provide robust position interlock detection for moving guards and feature a lock mechanism to keep the guard closed until the hazard is removed. Tongue operated, they fit to sliding or hinged machine guards for positively operated switching contacts with a tamper-resistant key mechanism. They can be used independently for positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or in combination with dual channel safety monitoring relays for up to PLE category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. Offered in various materials and housing styles, they come with different contact blocks, LED diagnostics, and actuators for easy installation in factory automation, packaging, food processing, pharmaceutical, and petro-chemical industries. Featuring high security RFID coding, 2 lock monitoring contacts, auxiliary PNP outputs, various LEDs, a high holding force of 2000N, 2 emergency manual release points, and an IP67 rating, they are exceptionally rugged with a solid body measuring 105mm wide, 150mm long, and 73mm fixing.
