Oatey Quattro washing machine outlet boxes are designed for both commercial and residential applications that require supply valves and waste drains recessed into the wall. This product includes an optional water hammer arrestor that provides the necessary water pressure shock arrestors for installation on supply lines connected to quick-closing valves. The outlet box features a 2" drain opening that fits PVC or ABS schedule 40 DWV pipe, easy-to-remove knockout, and patent-pending hammer valves. The snap-on faceplate frame is compatible with up to 1" drywall, and the box is made from high impact polystyrene. The design allows for top or bottom valve mounting and comes with four support brackets for secure installation. The box dimensions are 8-3/4"W x 7-1/2"H x 3-5/8"D, while the faceplate measures 11-3/4"W x 10-1/8"H.
