The Oatey 38810 Ice Maker Outlet Plain Box is designed for both commercial and residential applications, allowing for supply valves to be recessed into walls. This standard pack includes a box made of high impact polystyrene, two support brackets, and a snap-on faceplate frame that accommodates up to 1" drywall. The kit provides a quick and safe water supply and shut-off for refrigerator ice makers and water dispensers. Additionally, the option for a water hammer arrestor is available, which provides necessary water pressure shock arrestors for installation on supply lines to quick-closing valves. The valves included comply with the requirements of NSF 61, Section 9.
