The Model 350WB (AC current) Vibratone® horn produces sound through the electro-mechanical vibration of a stainless steel diaphragm, which is attached to the grille. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a water- and dust-tight backbox. The 350WB model is available in 120 or 240VAC for 50/60Hz and has a sound output level of 100dBA nominal at ten feet (110dBA at 1m). It includes a die-cast aluminum rear housing sealed with a gray enamel finish, providing resistance to vandalism without compromising sound output. The unit is fused and utilizes a terminal block connection. The horn and backbox combination is UL and cUL listed, CSA certified, and FM approved. Capable of reproducing coded blasts or sustained tones, the Vibratone horns are suitable for applications such as general alarm, start/dismissal, coded paging, and process control signaling in environments where their sound output exceeds ambient noise levels. Its compact size and various installation options make it ideal for institutional use, and it comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
