The Federal Signal 300GC-024 SelectOne speaker amplifier, operating on 24VAC/DC, is engineered to deliver clear tones, digital voice messages, and live public address capabilities in extreme conditions with high ambient noise. This model features a rugged speaker cone and projector made from spun aluminum, while the internal circuitry, tone module, and gain control are housed in durable die-cast aluminum. All external surfaces are coated with powder-coat paint, and the unit is protected by dust- and moisture-proof gaskets. The 300GC is UL listed for both indoor and outdoor use and is compliant for Type 3R applications. It includes internal gain control for output adjustment ranging from 0 dBA to a maximum of 110 dBA at 10 feet. The system can use the UTM Universal Tone Module with 32 tones or the TM33 custom tone module, which can be connected to a SelectOne command unit for comprehensive plant-wide signaling. For centralized management, each SelectOne amplifier can be connected to a central controller using a connector kit. Typical applications feature emergency warnings, plant evacuations, public address, and process control signaling. It comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
