The Federal Signal 300GC-120 Selectone is a signal amplifier designed for harsh environments, operating at 120VAC with gain control features. The device produces clear tones, digital voice messages, and live public address capabilities, making it ideal for high ambient noise levels. It features a rugged speaker cone and projector made of spun aluminum, while the internal circuitry, tone module, and gain control are housed in a die-cast aluminum enclosure. All surfaces are protected with powder-coat paint, and it is equipped with dust- and moisture-proof gaskets for added durability against the elements. The 300GC is UL listed for both indoor and outdoor use and meets Type 3R application requirements. Internal gain control allows output adjustment from 0 dBA to a maximum of 110 dBA at 10 feet. The Selectone can be utilized individually or as part of a plant-wide emergency notification system, with options for the UTM Universal Tone Module featuring 32 tones or the TM33 custom tone module. For plant-wide signaling, a connector kit is required for each Selectone speaker amplifier, wired to a central controller. Selectone Command Units and CommCenter digital message centers can broadcast tones, voice messages, melodies, and live public addresses to an unlimited number of Selectone speaker amplifiers. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
