Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced to an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The product range includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, with a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet.
