Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, allowing them to operate at higher speeds, which makes them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility. The company has achieved numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
