Ors deep groove ball bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for a variety of sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received multiple awards and certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001.
