Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced in ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. All of Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, with a production facility covering 1,000,000 square feet, Ors Bearings Inc. holds numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1, among others.
