Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and manufactured within ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards, featuring C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes a rigorous 100% noise testing process and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors provides double sealed and double shielded options with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
