Ors Tapered Roller Bearings - Metric are separable components consisting of a cone (inner ring) with roller and cage assembly and a cup (outer ring), allowing for separate assembly and offering matched cup and cone sets. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature rollers and raceways optimized for line contact to enable the bearing to support heavy radial and axial loads. Designed only to support axial loads in one direction, a second laterally reversed bearing can be employed for opposing axial loads through either a "back-to-back" or "face-to-face" arrangement. The pressed steel cage ensures even separation of the rollers, which enhances wear properties and minimizes heat generation. These bearings are primarily utilized in heavy-duty industries such as mining, agriculture, construction, automotive axles, gearboxes, and conveyor systems.
