Ors tapered roller bearings are separable components consisting of a cone (inner ring) with roller and cage assembly and a cup (outer ring), allowing for separate assembly and matched cup and cone sets. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature rollers and raceways optimized for line contact, enabling them to support heavy radial and axial loads. They are designed to support axial loads in one direction only, and a second laterally reversed bearing can be employed to accommodate axial loads in the opposite direction, arranged either "back-to-back" or "face-to-face." The pressed steel cage maintains even roller separation, resulting in reduced wear and minimal heat generation. These bearings find applications in heavy-duty industries such as mining, agriculture, construction, automotive axles, gearboxes, and conveyor systems.
