Ors deep groove ball bearings, known for their ability to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, are the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings conform to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment processes. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for a majority of sizes.
