Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate radial and axial loads and can operate at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, with an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced according to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process includes in-house forgings and heat treatment, and Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received numerous certifications and awards, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
