Ors deep groove ball bearings, frequently referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to handle both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and conform to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each of Ors bearings undergoes 100% noise testing and is manufactured to EMQ standards. The forgings and heat treatment processes are conducted in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings, equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
