Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings available for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
