Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and are capable of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced under ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and meet EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment processes. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings, equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has achieved various certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, as well as Ford Q1 status.
