Ors P53 deep groove ball bearings are designed for high-performance applications in machine tools and other precision equipment, providing high rotational speed, a high degree of running accuracy, minimum friction, and heat generation, as well as quiet and smooth operation. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards with C3 radial clearance. All Ors P53 bearings are 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ specifications. The production process, including forgings and heat treatment, is carried out in-house. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received several certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, in addition to the Ford Q1 certification.
