Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to meet EMQ standards. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded configurations with snap rings for most sizes, ensuring comprehensive protection and functionality.
