ORS deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. ORS ensures that all bearings are 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment processes. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap ring options for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, ORS Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
