Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are engineered to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at high speeds, making them the most prevalent type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that has been heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and a C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers both double-sealed and double-shielded bearings with snap rings for a variety of sizes. Established in 1982 with the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a production facility spanning 1,000,000 square feet.
