Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are engineered to accommodate both radial and axial loads and can operate at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F, manufactured to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal), and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. The offerings include double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
