Ors Tapered Roller Bearings - Metric are designed as separable components, consisting of a cone (inner ring) with roller and cage assembly and a cup (outer ring), allowing for individual assembly and the option to supply matched cup and cone sets. Made from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature optimized rollers and raceways that establish a line contact to effectively carry heavy radial and axial loads. They are capable of supporting axial loads in one direction, with the possibility of employing a second laterally reversed bearing for axial loads in the opposite direction, suitable for either a "back-to-back" or "face-to-face" arrangement. The pressed steel cage helps to separate the rollers evenly, enhancing wear properties and minimizing heat generation. These bearings find applications in heavy-duty industries such as mining, agriculture, construction, automotive axles, gearboxes, and conveyor systems.
