Ors deep groove ball bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that has been heat-stabilized to 300°F, produced with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. The company conducts forgings and heat treatments in-house and offers double sealed and double shielded options with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
