Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and are capable of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, manufactured under ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The forgings and heat treatment processes are carried out in-house, ensuring quality control. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, featuring a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
