Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearings. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings have an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and a C3 radial clearance. Each of Ors bearings undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product line includes both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received various certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
