Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Every Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards. The manufacturing process includes in-house forgings and heat treatment. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for a variety of sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, as well as Ford Q1.
