Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used bearing type. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and manufactured to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and holds multiple awards and certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
