Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature an ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and a C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. The company utilizes in-house forging and heat treatment processes. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
