Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and can operate at high speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forging and heat treatment processes. They are available in double sealed and double shielded variants, equipped with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey. The company is certified with various standards, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1, among others.
