Ors deep groove ball bearings, often referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and are capable of operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Crafted from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap ring options for most sizes. The company, established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
