Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads and operate efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) standards with C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product range includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, encompassing a production facility of 1,000,000 square feet.
