Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Crafted from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings available for most sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility. The company has received numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, as well as the Ford Q1 certification.
