Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and are produced with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and meets EMQ production standards. Ors provides both double sealed and double shielded bearings featuring snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 with a license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, operating from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
