Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating effectively at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F, conforming to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and featuring C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 with the license from Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, housing a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
