Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads, allowing them to operate efficiently at higher speeds, which makes them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, heat-stabilized to 300°F, and adhere to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is subjected to 100% noise testing and produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment processes conducted in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 as a licensed manufacturer of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, boasting a production facility that spans 1,000,000 square feet.
