ORS Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, featuring ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All ORS bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982, ORS Bearings Inc. operates out of a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has received several certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, as well as recognition from Ford Q1.
