Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while maintaining the ability to operate at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. These bearings are constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, conforming to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and featuring C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment performed in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring available for most sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
