Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards. Manufacturing processes, including forgings and heat treatment, are conducted in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 as a licensed manufacturer of Steyr Waelzlager from Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
