Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings meet ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatment. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with a snap ring for most sizes. Established in 1982 under the license of Steyr Waelzlager of Austria, Ors Bearings Inc. is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, operating within a 1,000,000 square foot production facility.
