Ors deep groove ball bearings, designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, are the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings feature ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and C3 radial clearance. All Ors bearings undergo 100% noise testing and are produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment completed in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and holds numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and OHSAS 18001, along with Ford Q1 recognition.
