Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at high speeds, making them the most commonly used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel that is heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings are produced with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Every Ors bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatments carried out in-house. The product line includes double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for various sizes. Established in 1982 and headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. operates a 1,000,000 square foot production facility and has received numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
