Ors Deep Groove Ball Bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are engineered to accommodate radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Constructed from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and manufactured with ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) along with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings available for most sizes. Founded in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, and has been recognized with several certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
