The 3M™ Cloth Belt 341D 4" x 24" P100 grit aluminum oxide features fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grains resin-bonded to a durable X-weight cotton cloth backing, offering continuous cut and long-life performance for aggressive dry sanding applications on metal. The closed coat construction provides a consistent, fine finish suitable for producing grain patterns, but the belt should not be used wet. The aluminum oxide mineral is widely used in industrial applications for its durability, cut-rate, and long life, adhering abrasive particles to the cloth backing with a heat- and pressure-resistant resin bond. These abrasive belts are available in various widths and lengths to accommodate different belt sanding tools for woodworking and metalworking tasks, including sanding ferrous alloys.
